Search Osea Island. Stay on the Maldon side of the island as sometimes the sat-nav may try to take you to the south end of the island. The last point on the mainland before you cross the tidal road is Osea Leisure Park, postcode is CM9 4SA. There is a 10mph speed limit on the causeway.
